You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items unless they arrive damaged or defective. The following conditions apply to all returns:

• Bags (e.g., Woven Straw Tote, Striped Tote Bag): Must be free of scratches, stains, or any signs of wear. All original tags and dust bags must be included.
• Bracelets & Necklaces (e.g., Titanium Steel Bracelet, Stainless Steel Open Bracelet): Must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original protective packaging.
• Earrings (e.g., Silver & Gold Hoop Earrings, Stainless Steel Stud Earrings): For hygiene reasons, earrings are only returnable if the protective seal is intact or if they are defective. We cannot accept returns of pierced earrings for change of mind.
• Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a full refund (within the 30-day window) and placing a new order separately. This ensures the fastest processing.
